Free public parking is adjacent to the building on east, and 3 other public parking lots are within 1 block. This center of town location is right in the middle of tall the downtown events, marathon, parades, snow festival, car shows, etc. You won’t find another building with such a great location and features, at a great price!

PROJECT SUMMARY:

This building, when acquired, was entirely vacant. The last tenant being a Christian bookstore. The exterior was covered by aluminum siding, and the north wall showed where a previous building had been torn down by the City decades before. The building needed TLC and then some! The first order of business was to remove the silver aluminum siding on the storefront, which to everyone’s surprise, revealed a wonderful white terra-cotta facade! The north storefront was built out for a great local restaurant tenant, The Wine Knot Bar & Bistro, with all new everything; wide plank oak floors, electric, heating & air conditioning, ADA bathrooms, lighting, etc. An exterior patio was put into the north wall for dining “al fresco”. The south storefront was also completely renovated with the same details, but for separate retail or fitness space.

CURRENT USE & AVAILABILITY:

The 1st-floor space is currently occupied with The Wine Knot Bar & Bistro, This local favorite has over 50 wines by the glass, and has been a downtown fixture for 16 years!  The south storefront is home to JAX Boutique, a quaint women’s clothing & accessories boutique.
