AT A GLANCE:
In the heart of downtown, on the busiest corner intersection, this classic 2-story limestone Revival building sits majestically overlooking the historic streetcar, with lake views. Built in 1921, and designed for a bank, with over 37,808 square feet. The 2nd-floor offices offer views of the harbor and streetcar. Ample parking in the rear with two large adjoining surface lots, and public lots across the street.
Building improvements included building a custom Daycare designed with multi-use rooms, with sinks, and window viewing, a camera system, and low profile children’s restrooms. Also, a new parking lot was installed.
The building employees about 25 workers, and the Bright From the Start daycare provides for over 100 children daily. Children are taken to the local museums and playgrounds downtown.
