PROJECT SUMMARY:

This building when acquired, had 1 residential tenant, who happened to be the Curator/Executive Director for our great Kenosha history Center! A new rubber roof, along with new thermo-pane (3 over 1) design, windows were installed, along with new heating & air conditioning on both floors. The upstairs which was once 2 apartments were combined into 1 large unique residential space. It has a large skylight in the center and has retained much of its original vintage look. The 1st floor was gutted and updated with all new electric, oak floors, new lighting, etc. THe old exterior facade aluminum canopy was removed to expose the original ornate metal work above the front entrance
